3.- VIDEOCREACIÓN. Obras que no se correspondan a la definición de las modalidades anteriores.
3.-VIDEOCREATION. Works that do not correspond to the definition of the previous modules
4.- DOCUMENTAL. De temática libre.
4.- DOCUMENTARY. Regarding any thematic.
5.- CINE. Películas a concurso.
5.- CINEMA. Films to compete.
(*) Una misma obra no puede participar en más de una categoría.

3.- CONDICIONES TÉCNICAS.
3.- TECHNICAL CONDITIONS.

3.1. Las obras se presentarán en sistema DVD, independientemente de la fuente original en que hayan sido producidas.
3.1. The works shall be presented in DVD system; regardless of the original device that they have been produced with.
3.2. Cada participante, individual o colectivo, podrá presentar al Festival dos obras como máximo. La duración total de cada producción no podrá superar los 30 minutos, a excepción de la categoría CINE.
3.2. Each participant, single or collective, shall present a maximum of two works to the Festival. The total duration of each production shall not last longer than 30 minutes, except the CINEMA category.
3.3. Las obras pueden presentarse en cualquier lengua. Cuando sea presentada en alguna distinta al castellano, deberá hacerse con subtítulos en dicho idioma.
3.3. Works can be presented in any language. If works are not presented in Spanish, Spanish subtitles will be required.
3.4. Si un participante presenta dos obras:

a) Cada obra irá en un DVD.
a) Each work will be in DVD format.
b) Deberá hacer una ficha técnica por cada obra.
b) It will be necessary to make a reference card for each work.
3.5. Las producciones serán posteriores al 1 de Enero de 2.011.
3.5. The production date should be after the 1st of January 2.011.
3.6. Las obras presentadas en anteriores ediciones de este Festival no podrán concursar de nuevo.
3.6. Works presented in previous editions of this Festival shall not be presented again.

4.- JURADO.
4.- JURY.

4.1. La Comisión del Festival designará a propuesta del equipo Técnico de la Organización a los miembros del Jurado que intervendrán en las Fases selectivas del Festival.
4.1. The technical organization team propose that the Festival Comission shall appoint the members of the Jury who are to intervene in the selection phases of the Festival.
4.2. Las decisiones del Jurado serán inapelables.
4.2. The Jury's decisions shall be unappealable.

5.- FASES DEL FESTIVAL.

5.1. PRIMERA FASE: Selección del 1 de Abril al 1 de Mayo de 2012.

5.2. SECOND PHASE: Festival development.
- It shall be done from the 23th to the 27th June 2012.
5.2. SEGUNDA FASE: Desarrollo del Festival.
- Se realizará del 23 al 27 de Junio de 2012.

6.- PREMIOS.

1.- MEJOR CORTOMETRAJE FICCIÓN. 250 euros.
1.- BEST FICTION SHORTFILM. 250 euros.
2.- MEJOR ANIMACIÓN. 250 euros.
2.- BEST ANIMATION. 250 euros.
3.- MEJOR VIDEOCREACIÓN. 250 euros.
3.- BEST VIDEOCREATION. 250 euros.
4.- MEJOR DOCUMENTAL. 250 euros.
4.- BEST DOCUMENTARY. 250 euros.
5.- PREMIO DE CINE FILM_PICKNIC A LA MEJOR PELICULA. 1000 euros.
5.- CINEMA FILM_PICKNIC AWARD TO THE BEST FILM. 1000 euros.

El cobro de los premios se podrá realizar antes del 30 de diciembre de 2012.
The awards shall be paid before the 30th of December 2012.

7.- INSCRIPCIONES.

7.1. La entrega de trabajos se realizará:

b) A través de la plataforma UPTOFEST, FESTHOME o CLICKFORFESTIVALS.
b) Through the UPTOFEST’s, FESTHOME ́S or CLIKFORFESTIVALS ́ platform.
7.2. Presentación de las obras: del 15 de Febrero al 31 de Marzo de 2016.
7.2. Presentation of the works: between the 15th of February to the 31st of March 2012.
7.3. Junto a cada obra se deberá presentar:
7.3. To be presented with each work:
- Biofilmografía del autor/a.
- Biofilmography of the author.
- Sinopsis o descripción y ficha técnica.
- Synopsis or description and reference card.
- La falta de algún documento dará lugar a la inadmisión de la obra a concurso.
- The lack of any document will result in the work not being admitted into the competition.

8.- UTILIZACIÓN DE LAS OBRAS.
8.- USE OF THE WORKS.

Todas las obras participantes, podrán quedar a disposición del Fondo Audiovisual de Demolden Video Project, excepto si su autor/a no da su consentimiento en el formulario.
All the participating works may be included in the Demolden Video Project’s Audiovisual Fund, unless its author isn’t consented to when applying.
En este caso DEMOLDEN VIDEO PROJECT – PICKNIC FESTIVAL se reserva el derecho de reproducir las obras presentadas, citando al autor, para su visionado en medios de comunicación, al igual que proyectarlas, siempre para su uso no comercial. Los dvds presentados a concurso no serán devueltos.
In that case DEMOLDEN VIDEO PROJECT – PICKNIC FESTIVAL may reserve its right of reproducing the works presented (mentioning the author), in order to be seen by the Media, and showing them, but never for a commercial use. The DVD’s presented for the competition shall not be returned to the applicant.

9.- ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES.

La participación en el Festival supone la aceptación de estas bases.
